The Topgolf Baltimore Project in Maryland involved advanced groundwater monitoring solutions by Encardio Rite. With a focus on pore pressure changes, due to filling and to dewater operations, multi-level vibrating wire piezometers and ESDL-30 dataloggers were installed. The near-real-time data provided by Drishti software ensured smooth and uninterrupted construction work on the six-acre entertainment venue. This cutting-edge geotechnical instrumentation supports safe and efficient development, delivering critical insights to stakeholders during the construction of this state-of-the-art golf range and entertainment complex.

TopGolf Baltimore Site

Topgolf is building a new cutting-edge golf range near downtown Baltimore. Topgolf Baltimore will span nearly six acres in the Southern Gateway Entertainment District.

Monitoring was necessary to determine how much extra pore water pressure dissipated beneath the fill zone in consolidating layers.

Encardio Rite was entrusted to provide instrumentation, including piezometer and real-time monitoring results for the project.
